Stainless Steel Coil Tubing Heat Exchanger is ideal for applications such as unit heaters, boiler air preheating, condensing and cooling as well as high pressure, air tempering and dryer applications. Stainless Steel Round Tube Coil 316 is normally used in natural gas/petroleum/oil, aerospace, food and beverage, industrial, cryongenic, architectural, and marine applications. 316 stainless has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, including in marine or extremely corrosive environments. It is stronger, though less malleable and machinable than 304, 316 maintains its properties in cryogenic or high temperatures.
ASTM A269 Tp316 is a grade of seamless and welded austenitic steel with nominal wall thickness that is designed with 316 austenitic stainless steel. The ASTM A269 Tp316 Tube is composed of an outstanding content of 16% chromium with 10% nickel and 2% of molybdenum. The content embedded with these modules gives them excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance properties. SA269 Gr 316 Tubing is seen in use across pressurized vessel grades. They are very strong and protect the tubing against pitting and crevice corrosion that is induced across stress-induced setups.
